These rates are for two adults and three children: if your party contains more than two adults or three children, please give us a call to learn more.
For monthly stays, electricity is billed at $0.13/kWh.
What activities do you offer? Billiards, foosball, and ping-pong tables are located in the clubhouse. Outside, we offer horseshoe pits, a playground, multiple cookout sites, and a pool and hot tub.
Do you allow pets? Yes. We allow non-aggressive pets as long as they are on leashes and attended to at all times.
Do have laundry facilities? Yes. Washers and dryers are located in the clubhouse, and are accessible 24 hours a day.
Do you offer tent camp sites? No. We only provide spaces for RVs.
How many guests are allowed per site? A maximum of six (6) guests are allowed per site.
Do you limit the number of devices that can use your free WiFi? No. We also do not cap your use.
Do all of your sites offer the same hookups? Yes. All of our spaces have all-concrete pads, 50/30/20A power, sanitary sewer, water, and cable TV hookups.
Do you have showers? Yes. Two showers are located near the pool, and an additional building with two more showers is being built adjacent to the dog run.
Do you have cabins? Not yet.
Do you have a dog run? Yes. We have a fenced dog run.
Do you have a pool? Yes, and a hot tub as well.
Do you offer propane? Yes, propane is available on-site.
What cable channels do you offer? Every site has over 100 channels of free cable TV..
Guidelines & Rules
We strive to keep the resort a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay for all of our guests. To that end, we do have some rules…
Well-maintained RVs: RVs must be clean and in good condition. Vehicles should be no more than ten years old, although we do make exceptions for older ones that are well maintained.
Guest Responsibilities: Vehicles must be clean and sites must be neat. Please ensure that all electric cords, sewer lines, water hoses, and cables are kept on the concrete in a neat and orderly fashion. Items such as buckets, storage boxes, brooms, trash cans, freezers, and the like may not be kept outside of the RV. Please do not hang any laundry or leave any unattended items on the grass. If in doubt, seek advice from the office. Remember to respect your neighbors’ sites by not walking through them.
Payment: Payment for services is required at the time of check-in. There will be a $35 fee for any returned check. If applicable, late charges may apply.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 1:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
Changing Site: Submit a request to the office. All requests are considered and are based on availability.
Long-term Guests: For guests staying longer than one month, payments are due at the beginning of each monthly renewal. Guests who fail to make such payments may be asked to leave. If they are not, a $25 late fee is automatically applied to a guest’s account on the fourth day, and $5 per day thereafter. Electricity is billed at the rate set forth herein, and will be billed at the end of each month’s stay.
Speed Limit: 5 mph.
Pedestals: Hanging or attaching anything to a pedestal is prohibited.
Sewers: An airtight sewer connection is required at all times. Leaks in a sewage system must be repaired or replaced immediately. If not, the park will assume this responsibility at a cost to the guest. There will be a minimum charge of $50 for raw sewage cleanup.
Propane Tank Refills: To get a tank filled, a guest places it in front of their RV before 8:30 a.m. Once filled, the park will return it and provide a receipt for payment. The guest is expected to go to the office to make payment within 24 hours. Motorhomes are filled by appointment.
RV Washing: Guests are expected to keep their vehicles clean. Regular washing of a RV onsite is encouraged. Guests may also hire a service. In some cases, the park may require the cleaning of a RV. Battery washing is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.
Vehicles: All vehicles must fit on the site’s concrete. Parking on the grass, roadway or another site is prohibited. If additional parking is desired, make arrangements with the office. There may be an additional charge per month.
Pets: Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Pets are limited to two per site. Pets are to be on a leash and attended to at all times. Attaching a pet to anything other than a leash in hand is prohibited. Owners are liable for their pets.
Trash Pick-up: To get trash picked up, guests place their bagged trash in front of their RV before 8:30 a.m., but not the night before. No trash pickup on holidays. There is a dumpster located across from the office.
Right of Refusal: Grand Texas RV Park reserves the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason. Guests will be removed from the resort in the event of inappropriate behavior or infraction of any of the rules set forth herein or posted within the resort.
Open Carry: Pursuant to Section 30.07, Texas Penal Code, the open carry of firearms is prohibited throughout Grand Texas RV Resort.
Indemnification: Grand Texas RV Park shall not be responsible in any way for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. Customers shall indemnify and hold Grand Texas RV Resort harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, or expenses due to weather, civil strife, or acts of God, as well as from any and all actions or inactions of other customers, guests, invitees, or persons.
Theft of Services: Grand Texas RV Resort provides service hook-ups for RVs. Pursuant to Section 31.04(b), Texas Penal Code, any guest who leaves without paying for site services rendered or who refuses to pay for site services when customarily due will be subject to criminal prosecution.
